Nine newsreader Tom Steinfort and his wife, stylist Claudia Jukic, have sold their redundant renovated Bondi home well ahead of its scheduled February 14 auction date.

Alexander Phillips and Vince Licata of PPD secured around $3.2m for the three-bedroom, one bathroom semi after just 15 days on market.
