Determined buyers are expected to snap up blocks in the latest land release of Strathalbyn’s newest residential community Aurora within minutes.
The parcels are part of stage four in the $180 million land development, which will be home to more than 300 families by the time it’s finished.
Just 12 of the 67 blocks in stage four will be available to purchase later this month in the first round of a staggered release.
They will range between 450sqm and 985sqm and be priced from $215,000 to $355,000.

Some blocks in stage four of Strathalbyn’s Aurora community will be released this month.
It comes after the staggered release of 63 blocks in stage three last year, with each round of those releases selling within an hour of hitting the market because of such strong demand.
Strathalbyn’s population is forecast to grow by about 1800 people within the next decade so the masterplanned community by Land Australia, which is part of the Hickinbotham Group, has so far been well received by those keen to live there.
Hickinbotham Group managing director Michael Hickinbotham said Aurora was “redefining country living” in a great spot between the Adelaide Hills and Fleurieu Peninsula.
“Families are flocking to live in Aurora, with strong sales and interest from locals as well as residents from the Adelaide Hills who are looking for something different,” he said.
“These families want to enjoy the fresh air, space, peace and quiet of the country whilst having access to state-of-the-art amenities such as schools, medical facilities and retail, and not being too far from premium wine country and some of the state’s best beaches.”

The blocks are expected to sell fast given previous demand for land in earlier stages.
A new $30m school will also be built within the estate to cater for the families moving in.
Hickinbotham Group and Catholic Education SA have partnered to deliver the primary school, which will be a campus of St Francis de Sales College and is expected to open in 2029.
“We’re looking forward to opening a first-class education institution where local children will be able to walk to and from school and that will also serve families across Strathalbyn and the wider Alexandrina region,” Mr Hickinbotham said.
The community is also home to a $2m playground, Aurora Park, which includes play equipment, ball courts, a lawn area and a native garden with loop track.
Stages one and two of the development are finished, with 65 families living in their new homes.
