Star Parramatta Eels halfback Mitchell Moses is selling his renovated Sydney home.

Parramatta Eels champion Mitch Moses and his wife Bri have listed their redundant Ryde home.

There is $3m to $3.3m guidance from Ray White Hunters Hill agents Tim Le and Eddie Tang for the Federation residence, Karoola.

They were seeking between $3.35m and $3.45m in 2023, having paid $2.8m in 2021 before undertaking a renovation and turning it into a “timeless family entertainer”.

The 1917 home is “perfectly suited to growing families,” according to the marketing.

Set within walking distance to Putney Village, Karoola has three bedrooms, and formal and informal living areas.

Perfect for the kids.

Moses lent a hand in the reno.

Moses pulled up the deck, which the former owners had laid over the swimming pool.

There is a fourth bedroom in a separate studio adjoining the garage.

They initially listed the Ryde home in 2023 when they bought in Hunters Hill for $4.05m.

But that house has since been demolished, being replaced by an ARCM Design home with a sculptural raw concrete facade. Construction company Landcare Projects are building the home for the couple, now parents of two daughters.

The $1.8m works nearing completion are being overseen by Bri, who has been posting updates at @buildingmontrose on Instagram. It seems Mitch did get some input with a cabana, sauna, plus a bar with numerous screens to watch sport.

In 2023, Moses sold his Gladesville duplex development site for $3.35m having bought the four-bedroom, 1950s house on a prized 790 corner site in 2020 for $1.8m.

Moses has been with the Eels since 2016, two years after he made his NRL debut with the Wests Tigers.
