EXCLUSIVE: TikToker Savannah and Cole LaBrant Relist Tennessee Home With $100K Discount—After Blasting Wild Speculation About Their Move

TikTok-famous couple Cole and Savannah LaBrant have returned their luxurious Tennessee home to the market with a $100,000 price reduction—nearly two years after the dwelling first hit the market for $5.4 million.

Savannah, 33, and Cole, 29, purchased the elegant Nashville home in November 2022 for $4.5 million and for nearly two years it served not only as their family home, but as a filming location for much of their social media content, which focuses primarily on their day-to-day life as parents to five children.

However, in October 2024, the couple chose to list the expansive abode for the first time, putting it on the market for just a matter of weeks, before it was removed. The property then popped back up in April 2026 with the same $5.4 million asking price, but this time spent less than a week on the market before it was delisted.

Now, the six-bedroom property has returned, this time with a reduced asking price of $5.3 million—and a new set of listing images that indicate the family has fully vacated the home, which has been completely cleared of almost all their furniture and personal effects.

The empty residence suggests that the LaBrants have finally finished work on their custom Tennessee compound, which they revealed they had started building back in 2024 when they first listed the home, saying at the time that they hoped to create an idyllic retreat where they would reside with their kids: Everleigh, 13, who Savannah shares with her late former partner, Tommy Smith, as well as Posie Rayne, 7; Zealand Cole, 5; Sunday Savannah, 3; and Beckham Blue, 2.

The Nashville dwelling's reappearance on the market comes just days after Cole and Savannah spoke out to address social media speculation about their move—after several TikTok and Reddit users accused the couple of wanting to relocate out of the state in order to escape a new law that has been passed in Tennessee that prevents influencers from monetizing content that features children under the age of 14.

Senate Bill 1469 also requires adult influencers to share any money earned from a video featuring a minor ages 14 to 17 by placing it in a trust account that the child can access when they are 18. The law also allows children to request the permanent deletion of a video in which they feature after they turn 18.

Everleigh has played a significant role in her mother's content for years now, ever since Savannah launched her first online endeavor: a fashion blog that regularly featured images of her daughter.

After Savannah wed Cole in 2017, the two began regularly filming content about their lives as parents to their children, documenting their at-home routines on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

For the last three years, much of that content has been filmed at the family's Tennessee abode, where they moved to from California in 2023 to live a slower lifestyle.

Soon after rumors about their move began to surface online, Cole shared a TikTok video in which he hit out at any suggestion that he and Savannah were exploiting their children or attempting to avoid giving them money for their appearances in content.

"This is a video that I feel dumb making. Not a video that I would ever usually make, but a video that I feel like I have to make," he said. "Because whenever lies are being said about you and your family, I feel like one of the best things that you can do is tell the truth, state the facts and set the story straight.

"I personally feel like our kids and their bank accounts are none of your guys business, but if you must know, all of our kids all have bank accounts. We have been paying them since day one of making videos, and I can promise you that our kids and their bank accounts are doing just fine."

The couple later opened up to People magazine about the furor surrounding their home listing, telling the outlet that they are only ever focused on doing the "right thing" for their family, while conceding that, like everyone else, they do make mistakes along the way.

"We have this incredible opportunity with social media, and we're young and we're trying to do the right thing and the best thing for ourselves, for our kids, for our friends, our family around us," Cole said. "And sometimes we don't know what that is, and we do things, and we try things, and we mess up."

The duo also noted that their kids really enjoy taking part in the video content they produce, insisting that none of their children are ever forced to appear—and only film when they are happy to do so.

When Cole and Savannah first revealed they were planning to relocate to a custom compound, they noted that their children were at the heart of that decision, explaining that their newly purchased 18-acre parcel of land would not only be home to a primary residence for their family, but also a neighborhood "homeschool barn" and a place where they could host "worship nights for our kids."

"Fruit trees, bridge over pond for fishing off, four wheelers, bonfires, fireflies, playing in the creek, summer pool days, mountain sunsets, grilling out, marriage retreats, neighborhood homeschool barn, worship night for our kids and their friends, slowing life down as best we can with our five kids," they said of their plans for the property.

As for the home they have left behind, the six-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom home was built in 2022 and sits on a private 1.3-acre lot with full yard irrigation and large trees. There is also room to build a pool.

An open layout features an entryway with two elegant staircases, while the kitchen is outfitted with a Sub-Zero fridge, Wolf gas stove, and large walk-in pantry.

There are two bedrooms on the main level, including the private primary suite.

The home features two sizable laundry rooms and playrooms, as well as a custom school room, complete with desks and a large chalkboard, which is likely where Savannah and Cole taught their oldest kids, who are homeschooled.

A previous listing image also revealed several large filming lights arranged in the corner, equipment that no doubt played an integral part in the family's video posts over the last few years.

The home totals 2,950 square feet of storage and basement space and includes a three-car garage.

While the home is private, it is also walkable to Granny White Market and Radnor Lake.

Anyone familiar with the family's videos and social media posts will no doubt recognize elements of the property, which has been the backdrop in much of their content since 2022.
