Wallabies recruit Angus Crichton has listed his Paddington investment flat for sale, just days after news broke he’d bought a $4.15m home in Queens Park.

The departing Roosters star has chosen Raine and Horne Double Bay’s Alex Lyons, who also used to play for the Roosters, to sell the two-bedder in the Whites warehouse conversion at 105/357 Glenmore Rd.

It’s set for a forthcoming auction with a $1.6m price guide.

Crichton had bought the 89sqm split-level unit for $1.68m in 2021 and realestate.com.au estimates it could rent for between $986 and $1,308 per week.

Open-plan living.

The unit is one of just a handful of homes in the complex to have its own private entry and offers “a unique sense of of privacy and presence rarely seen in apartment living” the marketing says.

It’s full of natural light and features a spacious open-plan living/dining area, a stone gas kitchen and two well-sized bedrooms plus reverse-cycle air-con.

There’s also car parking in the basement along with a concierge, pool, gym, spa and sauna.

Lyons had also handled the recent sale of Crichton’s Rose Bay investment pad, which fetched $3,135,000.

The coming season is set to be Crichton’s last in the NRL, with the 29-year-old backrower announcing he’d be playing for the NSW Waratahs and Wallabies next year.

He married physio Chloe Esegbona last May and his new double-storey four-bedroom, two-bathroom residence with car spot would be ideal for a growing family.
