We have all heard about nepo babies – those who inherit massive riches or fame thanks to their wealthy parents – but what about those who have uber-successful siblings?

In the shadow of actors, supermodels, pop icons and sporting greats, these celebrity brothers and sisters have splashed millions on luxury homes from Byron Bay to Los Angeles, revealing their own expensive tastes.

From Hemsworth to Hadid and Kidman to Kardashian, these are the homes of the lesser known brothers and sisters who carry some of the world’s biggest surnames.

The eldest sibling of Chris and Liam, Luke Hemsworth is also an actor.

He first appeared on screen in a few episodes of classic Aussie shows during the 2000s: Neighbours, Blue Heelers and even an episode of The Saddle Club.

He was not cast in a film until 2014 – three years after brother Chris had been cast as Thor and two years after Liam broke out as part of the Hunger Games franchise.

Luke also appeared alongside Chris in cameos in the two most recent Thor films – Ragnarok and Love and Thunder.

Architectural plans for the additions to Luke Hemsworth’s Byron Bay home.

The Westworld actor owns a huge $4.3m home in Suffolk Park, a suburb in the south of Byron Bay, NSW, along with wife Samantha.

In 2021, the couple lodged a development proposal to add an additional level to their single-storey property, in a project that cost a reported $300,000.
