Wine heir celebrates new $8.5m home buy

Fourth generation winemaker Lisa McGuigan has emerged as an $8.5m buyer in the long-awaited, recently completed 111 Castlereagh Street redevelopment above the David Jones menswear department store. McGuigan, who founded the Tempus Two label, bought a 160sq m, three-bedroom apartment mid-last year. McGuigan, whose father Brian has been one of Australia’s most acclaimed winemakers, has previously owned apartments in Pomeroy at Potts Point and The Residence on Hyde Park.
