Only one unit remains in a brand new luxury tower overlooking New York City's beloved Bryant Park.The 88-floor, 100-unit 520 Fifth Avenue is down to its final available condo, 44A, after a string of sales, says its listing agent Christopher Sadoux with the sales team at Corcoran Sunshine.Last year, the team took home the prize for the highest number of units sold across the realty firm's new development portfolio, due to the Midtown East skyscraper.Developed by longtime NYC real estate investment, development, and management firm Rabina, the 1,002-foot mixed-use tower—the highest along Fifth Avenue—was sizzling with sales from its debut, says the broker."It was the perfect storm, but a positive storm," Sadoux says of the near sellout.
