About 25 per cent of the apartments at Signature Bondi Junction have already sold.
As Bondi Junction’s landscape continues to evolve, the announcement of a new $400m residential development along bustling Oxford St will add more than 100 new homes to the precinct.
Stargate Property is launching Signature Bondi Junction, a block of 118 apartments across two adjoining buildings that will rise 14 storeys over the transforming suburb.
Despite the sales campaign only launching in the last week of February, 25 per cent of the development has already sold with strong interest from first-home buyers, young professionals, and investors according to Ray White Projects sales director, Marcello Bo.
“Signature Bondi Junction represents a rare opportunity to secure a new home in one of Sydney’s most dynamic locations,” Bo said.
