This represents a drop of $275,000. That was from 13 sales this past quarter and 12 during 2025’s second quarter. Grange experienced the second biggest drop at 6.11 per cent. Its median is $1.69m – some $110,000 below the $1.8m it recorded this time last year, and was calculated from 18 sales last quarter and 22 in the same quarter of 2025.
