Despite Sydney’s market downturn, which has seen values fall and homes linger on the market longer, a family home in Rosebery has attracted more than 100 inquiries within the first days of its campaign. Ray White Wentworth Point director Jeremy Deviesseux is marketing the property that has received more than 100 inquiries in the first 48 to 72 hours since launching the campaign.
