Among Baby Boomers surveyed, comfort, practicality and low-maintenance living are clearly in focus. When asked to choose between common layout features: 65% preferred a powder room or extra bathroom over a study, compared with 51% of all respondents who preferred a study over an additional bathroom. 63% would rather a bigger living area than an extra bedroom, compared with 55% of all respondents who also preferred a larger living area. 67% prioritised sustainable features over wellness add-ons, compared with 51% of all respondents who did the same.
