Queensland’s most resilient property markets have been revealed, with the regions that have repeatedly weathered housing downturns emerging as prime candidates for the next investment boom. New analysis by PropTrack has identified 11 regions that outperformed the national housing market through each of Australia’s past three major property corrections — cementing their reputation as some of the state’s most resilient places to own property.
