The sprawling Beverly Hills mansion that heiress Paris Hilton and her husband, Carter Reum, rented before buying their own $63 million estate in the same area has returned to the market with a sky-high asking price of $165,000 a month. While the listing agents declined to comment on the home's former residents, it was widely reported that Hilton and Reum, both 45, rented the Beverly Park property from early 2023, paying $160,000 a month for the expansive abode, which is owned by an investment company tied to Russian expat Leonid Smirnov. The seven-bedroom, 13-bathroom property spans more than 14,000 square feet and is located in the ultralavish gated community of North Beverly Park. The luxe listing, which is held by Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker Realty and Josh Altman of The Altman Brothers Team, notes that the home's elegant design was brought to life by acclaimed megamansion architect Richard Landry using feng shui principles.Loading...The sprawling Beverly Hills mansion t...
