MetroList, Northern Nevada Regional MLS (NNRMLS) and Oregon Data Share (ODS) have launched Orion Real Estate Data Exchange, a multistate data platform that gives real estate professionals direct access to real-time listing information across large portions of California, Nevada and Oregon, the organizations announced Wednesday. The initiative, first announced in early 2025, is designed as a modern, secure and scalable data layer that supplements each participating multiple listing service (MLS) rather than replacing local systems. Orion enables data exchange among the MLSs and is built to support additional MLS participants over time. In its initial phase, Orion provides members of MetroList, NNRMLS and ODS with access to listings across all participating markets within a professional user environment powered by Rapattoni.
