The 4 Cedar Lane, Daylesford, home renovated by Can and Han is under offer, more than nine months after it failed to sell under the hammer. One of the Block’s failed Daylesford auction properties from the disastrous end to last year’s season appears to have been sold. And with the home last advertised at about $400,000 before it’s reserve price for the finale, it could well be the show’s biggest failure yet.
