One of the Block’s failed Daylesford auction properties from the disastrous end to last year’s season appears to have been sold. And with the home last advertised at about $400,000 before it’s reserve price for the finale, it could well be the show’s biggest failure yet. In a shock result for the lingering property that had multiple price cuts this year, the 4 Cedar Lane address that Hannah (Han) Thetford and Candice (Can) Wood renovated last year has been marked as ‘under offer’.
