The Wynn Vale property at 15 Mcintosh Court is narrow compared to its neighbours. A narrow slice of land with sweeping views of Adelaide has divided the public, with some keen to buy it and others shocked it can be sold as a site for a potential home. The Wynn Vale property at 15 Mcintosh Court looks squeezed between two larger properties after being split from its neighbour at No.14 a couple of years ago. It is 623sqm and about 64m long, with the front and rear boundaries measuring about 9m and 13m respectively. Other than a pool at the rear, the block is vacant. Many were quick to criticise the property’s size on social media, while others joked about it. Some have slammed it online while some buyers are showing interest. “Yes, I have been in the market for somewhere to throw the ball to my dog … this is perfect,” one said, while another suggested it was “the only property where the dog has to wag its tail up and down”. One person said it was “just enough for a single bed, double is out of the question,” while another suggested “turn it into a bowling alley”.
