New realestate.com.au data has uncovered Greater Sydney’s most popular streets with the highest number of average views per listing over the last 12 months to August. The data reveals the streets where people love to take a sneak peak inside some of the most desirable and unique homes or massive properties listed for sale. Topping the list was Oak Road in the Central Coast suburb of Matcham, which garnered around 12,400 average views per listing over the year. Oak Rd, Matcham, NSW’s most popular street, is known for its dramatic estates. Matcham has surged in popularity in recent years due to its sprawling luxury acerage, resort approach, laid back lifestyle, eye-catching architecture and semi-rural charm.
