Brisbane and Gold Coast buyers are bypassing their own backyards for Logan, where land prices undercut both cities by hundreds of thousands of dollars. Homehunters are taking advantage of land prices that are up to 61 per cent cheaper, according to the latest land sales data by Oliver Hume. It comes as more than half (51.3 per cent) of land sales at Mirvac’s Everleigh community in Greenbank over the past year have been to Brisbane and Gold Coast purchasers, while the figure is over a third (35.5 per cent) at its Kindira community in Monarch Glen, since its March (2026) launch.
