‘Kitty Sullivan house’ sells for suburb record

A Sullivans star’s former northern beaches home has just set a new suburb record of $17.5m and is one of the highest sales in weeks north of the Harbour Bridge. The six-bedroom property has direct access to Forty Baskets Beach, is on 1074sqm of land and sold in 26 days through Michael Clarke of Clarke & Humel. The Beatty St home smashed the previous suburb record by $4.5m for a house in the same street which traded in September 2024.
