Celebrity landscape gardener Jamie Durie’s visionary mansion in Avalon Beach is rumoured to have had a further price prune. Last October Belah House on the shores of Stokes Point was listed with a $33m price guide, that guide dropped to $30m, then to $28m when it was due to be auctioned in March. And now industry sources are suggesting the sustainable luxury home has a guide of about $25m. Buyers making inquiries on the Riverview Rd house this week were told of a new price point and a detailed search of property portals suggest the six-bedroom, six-bathroom home does indeed have a new lower benchmark.
