Every listing on the platform represents a property priced within the top 10% of its local market and is represented by a trained and vetted luxury real estate professional, leaders said. The platform allows consumers to search for properties by location, lifestyle, bedrooms, bathrooms and other features. Visitors can also learn more about the Institute member representing each property.
