In today’s market, there is a lot more to Gold Coast prestige living than just having an apartment near the surf.

“Beachfront opportunities in a premium A-grade building, that are completed, are as rare as hen's teeth on the Gold Coast,” says Adrian Parsons, Managing Director of TOTAL Property Group.

“This is very clever because some buildings on the beach can get very windy.”
