It’s now had a sudden $1m price drop. Interior designer Victoria Lillrud originally had a guide of $2.35m-$2.45m with Ray White’s Julie Gauci but then last week the guide for the one-bedder at 57 Cyrus St dropped to $1.45m for an August 18 auction. “The vendor just wants it sold, she’s off to Spain,” says Gauci.
