Hugh Jackman is taking a staggering $14 million hit on his sprawling New York penthouse.
The Aussie star, 57, and ex-wife Deborra-Lee Furness, 70, have quietly returned their West Village triplex to the market, with a $43.3 million ($US29.9 million) price tag, the New York Post reports.
The massive reduction comes after the pair originally tested the market for $57.5 million ($US38.9 million) back in 2022.
Property records show the former couple still own the residence together despite their 2023 split after nearly three decades of marriage.

The apartment spans roughly 1021sq m across three floors. The glassy aerie sits inside a Richard Meier-designed building, with the Pritzker Prize-winning architect also shaping the interiors.
Corcoran real estate agent Deborah Grubman, who previously handled the listing, said the architect had specifically done the interior for the previous owner.
Ms Grubman declined to comment for this story.
The scale of the home puts it in rare territory. It stretches across the eighth, ninth and 10th floors.

“I’m particularly partial to that western view, where you can see the sunsets, Statue of Liberty and the river and boats moving. It’s a view that’s ever-changing,” Ms Grubman previously said.
The layout is designed like a private mansion. Lower levels house multiple bedroom suites and a sprawling recreation space.
The top floor is reserved for a full-floor primary suite. It features a spa bath, a sauna and dressing areas.
The penthouse became a sore point for Furness last year amid reports Jackman had moved into the property with his new girlfriend Sutton Foster.
An insider told New Idea Furness was upset that another woman was making herself at home in the home that she had “poured her soul into”.

“They’re inseparable. [Foster is] slowly migrating her things over to Hugh’s place,” the insider said.
The insider added that Furness is worried Jackman is moving too quickly in his new romance.
“She wants him to be happy — he deserves it and so do the kids — but Hugh’s completely green when it comes to dating,” the source went on.
“She’s concerned he’s leaping into living with someone else way too soon.
“It’s almost unreal [for Furness] seeing Sutton reap the rewards of all those years of her supporting Hugh,” another insider said.
The penthouse relisting lands as Jackman and Furness continue to divide their significant real estate holdings.
The pair’s Chelsea penthouse recently traded in a complex intra-family deal.
They share two adopted kids: son Oscar, 25, and daughter Ava, 19.
