Developer Pask has brought forward the release of stage two at Florian Rise in Rochedale following strong buyer demand, with more than 80 per cent of stage one sold and construction under way. The development is bringing apartment living to Rochedale for the first time in a suburb 18km from the Brisbane CBD. Stage two features Sage Apartments, a six-level building with 56 residences offering two-bedroom apartments from 93sq m, three-bedroom apartments from 130sq m, and four-bedroom residences from 213sq m. Stage two at Florian Rise in Rochedale will feature two-, three- and four-bedroom designs. Prices start from $940,000 at the development, located at 41 Skyview Ave. The release follows the strong market response to the project’s 62-apartment stage one, now under construction by builder RCQ Construction and comprises the three-level Aster Apartments with 24 residences and the five-level Banksia Apartments with 38 residences, with completion scheduled by the end of next year.
