As more Queenslanders increasingly look to call well-connected regional suburbs home, one Moreton Bay masterplanned community is meeting demand unveiling its first display homes. With Moreton Bay estimated to add an additional 210,000 residents by 2041, Avid Property Group’s Élan community is supporting that growth, recently opening two new display homes. Avid executive general manager and acting general manager Queensland Bruce Harper said the Élan community, which is set to deliver 387 homes to the region, appeals to a diverse range of buyers for its convenient location and connection to nature. “Élan is a truly diverse community with first homebuyers, families, upsizers and downsizers all inquiring due to our range of variously sized homes built by the award-winning Villaworld Homes – all 30 minutes from Brisbane,” he said.
