Fathom Holdings Inc. and Neighborhood Intelligence Inc. — formerly known as Bed Bath and Beyond prior to an August 2026 name change — have mutually agreed to terminate their previously announced merger agreement, with both companies saying current market valuations do not reflect their fair value, the firms said in a joint announcement on Monday. The decision halts a planned combination that would have tied Fathom’s national real estate brokerage and title operations more closely to Neighborhood Intelligence’s technology and data assets.
