Beleaguered actor Bill Cosby has once again removed his longtime New York City townhouse from the market—weeks after canceling a scheduled two-day deposition in an ongoing $60 million rape case because of his ill health. "The Cosby Show" star initially put his Upper East Side property on the market for $6.75 million in January, before lowering his ask to $5.99 million in late April. Now, records show that the listing has been removed altogether as of July 29. It marks the second time the townhouse has been whipped off the market—having been listed previously by the on-screen star back in April 2025, shortly after it was revealed that he was facing foreclosure on the dwelling, as well as another, much more expensive New York City townhome.After he managed to sell the pricier of his two properties for $28 million, the actor was able to save the smaller of the two homes from foreclosure, and it was temporarily delisted while he made some updates to it.
