It was snapped up for $730,000, property records show. The home has significant damage inside. The home was vacant for several years before it sold. It has termite and water damage, parts of the ceiling are missing in some rooms and general maintenance has been deferred for years. It also has a TikTik following as an “abandoned” Adelaide home, with video footage showing people walking through its interior strewn with furniture and other belongings.
