A Craigieburn home seller scored a surprise auction boon over the weekend as their home of the past seven years attracted seven bidders. One of the prospective buyers even flew in from Sydney to pursue the property at 9 Tusmore Rise. The four-bedroom house had been advertised for $700,000-$730,000. But with two investors and five homebuyers joining the bidding battle, the house had reached $800,000 before Ray White Craigieburn auctioneer Trish Orrico got a chance to call it on the market.
