Pratt, 47, and Schwarzenegger, 36, initially listed the sprawling Pacific Palisades mansion for $US32 million ($45m) in July 2023, but were unable to immediately find a buyer, prompting them to reduce their ask to $US29.99 million ($42.5m) in October of that same year. The couple removed the home from the market just a few days after that first price cut, before reappearing several weeks later, this time with the original asking price of $US32 million ($42.5m).
