Vesta, an AI-native loan origination system, has raised $30 million in Series B funding, bringing its total capital raised to $85 million, the company announced Thursday. Conversion Capital, which participated in Vesta’s seed round, led the Series B. Three existing lender customers — New American Funding, PennyMac Financial Services and NBKC Bank — also invested in the round, alongside Citi Ventures, FirstKey Mortgage and Navitas Capital. Existing investors Andreessen Horowitz, Zigg Capital and Parker89, First American Financial’s venture capital arm, participated as well. Vesta, a 2026 HousingWire Tech100 honoree, said that lenders currently on its platform or in the process of migrating to it originate more than $100 billion in mortgages annually. The company positions its LOS as a system where human staff and AI agents work on the same loan files inside the same platform, rather than layering automation on top of legacy systems.
