SERHANT. is launching in Colorado with an 11-agent founding cohort that has closed more than $1 billion in sales over the past 12 months, the firm announced on Tuesday. The opening in the Denver area — branded as SERHANT. Colorado — is the firm’s largest single-market entry to date by recent sales volume and follows 2026 expansions in Texas and California. “Denver is one of the most exciting markets in the country right now, and the agents joining us are already some of its best,” founder and CEO Ryan Serhant, founder and CEO, said in a statement. “What we give them is a different kind of leverage: AI tools through S.MPLE that take over the work that used to eat their day, and a media engine that puts their listings in front of millions.” Leadership and market positioning SERHANT.
