Rocket Mortgage names Nicole Beattie chief servicing officer

Rocket Mortgage has named Nicole Beattie as its chief servicing officer, according to a social media post from president and CEO Jay Bray. Beattie will lead the company’s servicing operations, which had a total portfolio of $2 trillion in unpaid principal balance and 9.1 million loans serviced as of June 30, following its 2025 acquisition of Mr. Cooper Group. Rocket says its servicing business now handles one in six outstanding mortgages in the U.S. In this role, Beattie will oversee teams handling functions such as monthly payments, escrow, taxes and insurance, as well as loss mitigation. Beattie started at Rocket 22 years ago as a mortgage banker. She later led its servicing and closing teams. Most recently, she served as CEO of Rocket Close, a title insurance, property valuation and settlement services provider. Before that role, she led Rocket Mortgage’s servicing team for more than four years. “She went on to lead Rocket Close as CEO and helped guide our Redfin integration. Now she’s back, with a broader view of the business, at a moment when nearly 10 million clients trust us with one of the biggest decisions of their lives,” Bray said in a social media post.
