Picture: Parramatta Council Property markets are experiencing value falls right across Australia, but a new report has identified 10 areas primed for growth on the back of transport infrastructure spend. The Roads to Riches Report by Plenitude Wealth and Hotspotting has shed light on growth markets to be boosted by the nation’s “largest and most sustained period of transport infrastructure investment”. The report has identified 664 transport infrastructure projects worth more than $100 million each that are planned, in design, in pre-construction or actively under construction. All up, the pipeline has a value of $1.02 trillion.
