”The harbour is never boring.”
Jo was reported earlier in the year saying that some of her best memories over the 28 years were watching the Naval Fleet Review in 2013 and the crossing of the Queen Elizabeth II in 2008 and Queen Victoria again in 2022.
“There have always been spectacular fireworks on New Year’s Eve and at various events at Mrs Macquarie Chair,” she said.

Geoff Smith, of Ray White Lower North Shore, was engaged to sell the luxury home with its picture postcard views of both the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge. He declined to comment on the sale.
Earlier this month he and his colleague Geoff Allan sold the penthouse of Kurraba Residences for $28.25m a new record for a north shore apartment.
