Sydney home values have fallen 4.9 per cent below their November 2025 peak, according to realestate.com.au latest Home Price Report. Beneath broader price declines, further realestate.com.au data shows suburbs continuing to record price growth. Some suburbs with the greatest 12-month house price increase include Wentworth Falls (24.4 per cent), North Richmond (13.9 per cent), Blackheath (13.7 per cent), Jordan Springs (13 per cent) and Casula (12.3 per cent). Suburbs where unit prices continued to rise include Ingleburn (19.6), Glebe (19.1), Woolooware (18.4), Bondi Beach (17.1), Ettalong Beach (14.3), Wahroonga (13.3), Petersham (12.3) and Castle Hill (12).
