Bondi Junction set for transformation under new housing plan

The plan will pave the way for 3000 new homes, more public space and a revamped civic precinct in one of Sydney’s busiest transport hubs. Waverley Council in New South Wales has approved a new masterplan to transform Bondi Junction into a mixed-use hub, with housing supply to be boosted by 3000 homes, 10% of which will be marked as affordable housing.
